Plaster

you stopped my life

put me in a cocoon

you gently caught me

in tender spun love

my broken wings

cannot carry the load

of a burdensome heart

I am earthbound

my hopeless tears

freeze until milestones

of my stationary life

they splint my being

my withered craving
